King crab and scallop jelly, seared scallop and
Ras el hanout pressed lamb shoulder and
Split pea, mint and cheddar tart

Trilogy Heart
Duck leg with white bean paste, red cabbage and
Sher Wagyu rump with, Dijon and relish and
Ratatouille and basil pie, béarnaise

Trilogy Finale
Hazelnut and Belgian chocolate palet and 
White chocolate and butterscotch brûlée and 
Coffee panna cotta in a mocha cup

Beverage on consumption:-
Pre-select beverages from our wine list to be charged on consumption. Minimum beverage spend of $36.5pp applies.
