served over three courses

Organic Brioche with Hindmarsh Valley butter

Entrée Tasting Plate
Asparagus, gherkin aioli, pangratatto and
Crumbed ham hock and chicken croqueta and
Smoked barramundi and broad bean salad

Main Course Trilogy
Roasted duck leg, pumpkin, remoulade and
Murray Valley Gold beef fillet, sticky glaze and
Sweetcorn, celery and marjoram pie

Main course served with
Heirloom tomatoes, goat curd, parsley and
Fried chat potatoes with roasted garlic aioli

Dessert Trilogy
Hazelnut and Belgian chocolate palet and 
White chocolate spiced cheesecake and
